How to register under income tax India
Before filing income tax return we need to register our selves under

To be registered under income tax, follow the following four steps.
Step-1: Go to the website www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in then click on the Registered Yourself button on the right side of the corner.
Select
the User type like individual, HUF, Other than individual/HUF i.g. The company, etc. as per your requirement. and click continue.
Enter the PAN Name, Date of birth, Residential status and click continue.
Step-2: Now enter the Password
Select your Question and Answer to them ( Remember this question and answer because it is required for resetting password in case you forgot.
After that enter, the Contact details like mobile number and Email ID also enter the address details and press continue.
Step-3: Now you will get two OTP one is in the mobile number and the second is on Email ID for verification of registration.
Both OTP are different and enter both OTP in the respective box and click continue or submit.
Step-4: Your registration is successful.
